Based on this, Liu Rui zeng submitted a research project on adaptive rounding. Originally, it was the last one among the nine submitted projects, and even "make up the number", but finally this "make up the number" project successfully won the patent.
Adaptive chamfering technology, in short, is to develop an adaptive chamfering accessories with the existing equipment in the workshop, through the role of equipment extrusion, the four corners of the high-frequency frame door to round, so as to solve the problem of sharp corners of the frame door.

The biggest difficulty is to solve the process without affecting the workshop production efficiency. 90 days of immersion testing
Waiting for the right "accident"
At that time, there was even a saying circulating within the Novilla Research Institute department: "Rounding corners makes people old, and whoever takes over is troubled". The industry had no case studies to refer to, and the problem of improving home security needed to be solved urgently. 95-year-old engineer Liu Rizeng was determined to gnaw down this difficult "bone" of the industry no matter what.
He recalls that during that time, he spent his days in the factory doing testing and research. Remember in May 2019, he was doing tests in the factory as usual, because by coincidence, the board in his hand accidentally fell to the ground, and the sharp corner collided with the ground, and then broke and became rounded a bit.
It was this "accident" that gave him inspiration. Colleagues joked that the inspiration effect was comparable to the apple that hit Newton's head.
He then thought, if we add a set of chamfering accessories to the current equipment, we can actually achieve the purpose! And this set of accessories only needs to have the right chamfering value, as well as to meet the non-conductive and durable characteristics to solve all the previous problems.
Just say do it. After finally settling on this plan, he immediately contacted various suppliers to find ways to meet the requirements of the material to do this equipment accessories.
